Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Absolutely! Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please contact us at brewingtoncloth@gmail.com to make changes to your order.

How do I wash/iron my apparel? 

All apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle but hang dry works best. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please contact us to make cancellation requests.

Refunds/Return

Do you issue refunds?

Refunds can be issued if cancellations are made within 24 hours of placing an order. Otherwise, once the fulfillment of the order starts, it cannot be canceled/changed and a refund can only be issued after the item has been shipped to you and returned back to us (at your expense).

Please contact us to make cancellation/refund requests within 24 hours of order placement.

Can I return an item for a return or exchange in size or design?

Since all apparel is made to order, all sale is final and exchanges are not permitted after the item has been shipped.

Shipping

Who do I contact if I have a problem with shipping?

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you.

We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. After ordering please make sure the address you provide is accurate. We do not reship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

USA (domestic) Processing:  2-3 business days* Shipping: 1-3 business days *During peak shopping seasons (Christmas, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) processing time may be 3-5 business days.
